Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping costs

Every subscription delivery ships free, whatever the size. One-time orders of $150 or more also ship free. One-time orders under $150 are charged a flat $9.99 standard rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed on a business day are usually dispatched the same or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

We send every order with Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout and in your tracking notification. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it's dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate above, contact us and we'll sort it out. This is separate from, and does not affect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
