Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted, or a locked subscription price while that subscription remains active.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are also governed by our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products and health information

Our products are complementary medicines listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. GutNourish is AUST L 525494. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Nothing on this store is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to your practitioner before starting any new supplement.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Because GutNourish is a listed therapeutic good, we are legally restricted in the claims that may appear in advertising, so we may decline to publish a review or ask you to reword it. We never offer payment, discounts or other incentives in exchange for reviews.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies those rights. Where the law permits us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
